TubePro is a state of the art tube inspection and reporting software program. The technology used to develop TubePro is based on over 30 years of experience in developing thermal, mechanical and inspection software applications for the petro-chemical and power industries.

TubePro was developed with the focus on ease of use and speeding up the inspection and reporting process. The usage of fully customizable drawing, legend and report templates provides rapid reporting that is consistent throughout any organization.

TubePro uses a reporting system compatible with Excel that allows reuse of existing reports and takes advantage of features like formulas and macros.

Using TubePro

TubePro has an efficient and easy to learn set of tube mapping editing tools. Adding, deleting and editing tubes is very fast. The use of familiar features like “undo” gives the analyst confidence and provides for more rapid and accurate mapping and reporting.

One of the many unique features is the ability to automatically create complex shell and tube heat exchanger layouts by specifying very few parameters. Virtually any existing layout can be duplicated this way.

TubePro has a dynamic user interface that is easily translated to other languages.

Inspection Data Input

An Excel spreadsheet type input is used to efficiently enter the tube inspection data. Calculations such as wall loss and remaining wall are done automatically.

TubePro can also import data directly from data acquisition software, a feature that greatly reduces the potential for errors.

Advanced Reporting

A spreadsheet that is fully compatible with Excel can be used for final reporting. The XLS file can be created in Excel utilizing job sheets, time sheets, cover sheets, summaries and other sheets. The cells are updated in real time and can be easily linked to calculate and specify TubePro data.

TubePro can automatically update the report with information such as: number of inspected tubes; number of obstructed tubes; and any other tube or project specific data.

Customizable Drawings and Drawing Legends

Every aspect of the drawings and legends can be customized. The user can add and remove legend items, customize the percent ranges, defect codes, symbols, colors, and other properties. Drawing items such as lines, rectangles, circles and text can be easily be added and edited.

Multiple Languages
